The project involved retaining the original building envelope and creating an open space throughout for the day to day use as a Community Prayer Hall. The partial steel and concrete framed building supported a raft foundation floating above the granular soils provided a series of complex construction problems that we were able to resolve working closely with the Contractor to deliver the scheme to the Client.
