An existing private residence on a tight site next to the River Trent that was redeveloped into luxury accommodation. An interesting project as the upper floor cantilevered out meaning the footprint was larger than that of the ground floor. Farrow Walsh provided 3-D modelling of the new build elements using CSC Fast Track to output fabrication drawings supporting the responsive procurement of the steel frame.

A 3-D model was also developed to collaborate with the Architect over complex detailing required to facilitate the proposed finishes.
